With minimal effort, this short-order breakfast turns into something of a different level. The trick is to cut a tiny pocket into each slice of bread and stuff it with banana half. The wonderful result is so much better than simply topping your French toasts with bananas! Creative, original and so yummy!

What You Will Need :
- 4 slices of thick-cut bread
- 2 ripe, sliced bananas
- Whole milk – 1/2 cup
- 2 eggs
- Pure vanilla extract – 1 tsp.
- Unsalted butter – 2 tbsp.
- Honey (or maple syrup
How To Make It:
- Cut a small pocket in each slice of bread and stuff with half a sliced banana.
- In a small bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and vanilla. Soak both sides of stuffed bread in this mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Melt butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat until foam starts to form.
- Fry each slice of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately with honey or maple syrup.
