This spicy white bean chili is for those with brave hearts and passion for zesty foods. If you want to make the dish less burny, add more chicken and cheese. However, even the hottest version of the meal can satisfy the most exquisite taste of your guests and family members!

What You will Need:



  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • Jalapeno peppers – 1 (4 oz) can

  • Green chili peppers – 1 (4 oz) can

  • Cumin – 2 tsp, ground

  • Dried oregano – 1 tsp

  • Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp, ground

  • Chicken broth – 2 (14.5 oz) cans

  • Chicken breast – 3 cups, cooked, chopped

  • White beans – 2 (15 oz) cans

  • Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup, shredded


How To Make It :



  1. Take a large saucepan and heat the oil in it over a low-medium heat.

  2. Add onion and cook it stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the next six ingredients (from garlic to cayenne pepper) and stir well.

  4. Continue cooking until the mixture becomes more tender, or for about 3 minutes.

  5. Mix in the next three ingredients (from chicken broth to white beans) and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Remove the dish from heat and stir in Monterey Jack cheese slowly, until melted. Serve the dish while it’s warm.
