This dish is easy, quick, and low-calorie – perfect for your quiet family dinner! The combination of rosemary and strong garlic flavor won’t leave anyone indifferent. Cook it in summer for your BBQ party or in winter simply because it’s irresistible in any season.
What You Will Need:
Garlic – 8 cloves, minced
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Fresh rosemary – 2 tbsp., minced
Dijon mustard – 1 ½ tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tbsp.
Black pepper – ¼ tsp., ground
Kosher salt – 1/8 tsp.
4 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
How To Make it :
- Heat the grill for a medium-high heat and oil the grate lightly.
- Combine the first seven ingredients (from garlic to salt) in a bowl and stir them well.
- Put chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag. Add the garlic marinade to the chicken so that it coats the chicken well. Reserve 1/8 cup of the marinade.
- Seal the bag and massage the marinade into chicken breasts. Keep it at room temperature for about 30 min.
- Put chicken breasts on the grill and cook them for about 4 min.
- Turn the chicken, baste it with the rest of the marinade, and cook for 5 more min.
- Cover the dish with foil and let it stand for 2 min before serving.
