VITAMIN RICH GREEN JUICE




I so often have smoothies but juice always feels so much more cleansing and refreshing.I packed this smoothie with some of my favourite things and I hope you love it too. The limes add apples and sweetness and is the perfect non-grassy tasting green juice!



The best thing about this recipe is that you don’t need a juicer. Of course if you have one then use one but if you don’t then blend all the ingredients in a food blender until smooth. Then use a cloth, sieve or nut milk bag to strain it. Do this over a large bowl or jug so that you don’t make a mess! And then pour into glasses and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 lime
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 red apples
  • 1/2-1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the apples and remove the cores and then blend all the ingredients with half a cup of water and juice from the lime. If using a blender, strain through a cloth/nut milk bag.
