A Tagine as it known in the south of Africa that is the most famous traditional dishes in Morocco . It is originally from the Berber region in Morocco , as it also known in Algeria and Tunisia . When we hear about this Dish we unconstitutionally imagine the melange between of sweet and Savory flavors mixed with the taste of fresh vegetables and the intensity of spices .
There are different ways to prepare the Tagine
one Of them :
Recipe :
• Meat or lamb
• large onion grated
• 2 Carrots cut in long and thin form
• 3 Potatoes cut into thin circles
• 1 chopped tomato
Spices :
1- Tsp of salt
1- Tsp of black pepper
1 - Tsp of ginger
1 -Tsp of turmeric
1 - Tsp of cumin
3 - Cloves of crushed garlic
1- Tbsp of Olive oil
1 - Tsp of Saffron drenched in a cup of cold water
2 - Tbsp of Presley , roughly chopped.

How to Make it :
1 - In a small bowl put all the species below with half cup of cold water and mid them all together . Then , place the meat in a large bowl and add the spices to and let it in for a few minutes until it saturated with
2 - We bring the Tagine { Bowl } we place 1 Tbsp of olive oil , add the grated onion with a little bit of salt . After that , add the meat and let it cook On a low fire .
3 - After the meat start taking it heat , we place the vegetables evenly over the meat according to its degree of cooking , it takes one hour and half or until the meat is meltingly tender .
4 - Finally , we keep adding a little of cold water until it's completely cooked and the sauce break ( the oil and water separate from the sauce )
