What You Will Need:



  • Olive oil – ¼ cup

  • Butter – ¼ cup

  • Shrimp – 1 ½ pounds, peeled and deveined

  • Garlic – 5 cloves, minced

  • Lemon juice – ¼ cup

  • Paprika – 1 tsp

  • Red pepper flakes – ½ tsp

  • Flat leaf parsley – 4 tbsps, chopped

  • Salt – to taste

  • Fresh ground pepper – to taste

How To Make It:



  1. Place a shallow wide pan over high heat, heat olive oil and butter. Once the oil and butter are heated up, add shrimp and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Pour in lemon juice, add paprika, and pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper. Heat through and immediately remove from the heat.

  3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
